Here we will be sharing our recipes for preparing artisanal COBE-LINAS (mezcals), the freshest selection for the palate.


OAZAQUEÑA FIRE

INGREDIENTS: 60 ml Espadín mezcal 30 ml hibiscus reduction 20 ml lemon juice 2 dashes cacao bitters PREPARATION: Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice, strain finely into a coupe glass. Garnish with crystallized hibiscus petals.

AGAVE MIRAGE

INGREDIENTS: 50 ml Espadín mezcal 40 ml fresh cucumber juice 60 ml pink grapefruit soda PREPARATION: Serve in a highball glass with ice. Add the mezcal first, then the remaining ingredients. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a grapefruit twist.

SMOKY DAWN

INGREDIENTS: 50 ml Espadín mezcal 80 ml pineapple juice 15 ml cinnamon syrup 20 ml passion fruit purée or foam PREPARATION: Shake with ice and serve in an old-fashioned glass with fresh ice. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple and a cinnamon stick.

CARAJILLO - MezCafé

INGREDIENTS: 50 ml Espadín mezcal 1 shot of espresso 1 dehydrated orange slice 1 cinnamon stick 1 sprig of rosemary PREPARATION: Shake with ice and serve in an old-fashioned glass with fresh ice. Garnish with dehydrated orange and a sprig of rosemary and/or a cinnamon stick.
